How Do I Join the HOA Board?

Elections are held at the annual meeting. Any member in good standing may make a motion to nominate a candidate for the board following Robert’s Rules of Order during the meeting.

Contact info@southernpointehoa.com by April 1st to get placed on the ballot ahead of the annual meeting.

Candidates will have the opportunity to have a short bio and paragraph about their “platform” posted on the website prior to the election. While this is not required, it helps your fellow residents make informed decisions.

Board members are elected by a simple majority. Please see the Southern Pointe Bylaws for more details.
